COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed for coaches, athletes, and general exercisers who are seeking methods to continue development of their clientele, and/or their personal performance. The course content is designed to assist a broad spectrum of ability levels, from those who need workout modifications to individuals who aspire to compete at a high level. All aspects of training will be covered, including programming, nutrition, mental preparation, movement efficiency, teaching progressions, movement modifications, and workout analysis. Participants should come prepared to participate in lectures, small-group training sessions and workouts. Instructors and peers provide coaching, evaluation and feedback in interactive lectures and group work.

 

Upon completion of the course, attendees will leave with concepts to progress all athletes, regardless of ability level. Attendees will also refine their own movement patterns. 

 

Beginner Coaches: Get a head-start by learning the tips and tools that come through many years of experience, while gaining confidence in working with more experienced clientele. 

 

Experienced Coaches: Learn new ideas to reach all levels of athletes and avoid the tendency to become stagnant with your coaching, while also being challenged with correcting more advanced movements. 

 

Athletes: Athletes of all levels will receive opportunities to have their mechanics studied and refined, as well as learn tools to assist with personal growth and development.
